Joe Burns, Munch's very own Bass player,  is a seasoned bagpipe player - in addition to his many artistic talents.  Joe has been playing for years, and is available for Weddings, Funerals and St. Patrick's Day parties!!  He is reliable, and charges a reasonable fee for this hard-to-find service.
